The non-profit organization is now hiring for several positions in Washington DC, Boston, New York City, and other cities. Job openings include Area Development Director, Relationship Manager, Data Entry Operator, Senior Director of Program Management, and Community Engagement Manager.
Senior Director, Program Management: provides active oversight, management and leadership of the day-to-day operations related to the Program Management team’s staff development and their successful execution of UNCF’s donor-related programs.

Community Engagement Manager: focuses on building community relationships and impacting the local education environment in Washington, DC.

Area Development Director: responsible for establishing short- and long-range fundraising goals and conducting comprehensive, cost-effective annual fundraising campaigns to support UNCF-member institutions and the Boston area office.

Data Entry Operator: inputs and records donor and prospect data and information into existing systems and analyze assigned information for accuracy, completeness and appropriate categorization.

Area Development Director: establishes short- and long-range fundraising goals and conducts comprehensive, cost-effective annual fundraising campaigns within his/her area of operation.
